interview norms are unfamiliar, and most job boards are not built with any of that in mind.
MuchoMundo was our answer to that at the Microsoft Embrace x Midlands Regional Hackathon.&lt;&#x2F;p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Two things sat at the centre of it. A filter that ranks roles by how likely they are to
carry visa sponsorship, so you stop spending evenings on applications that were never
going to work. And an interview chatbot that adapts to different cultural contexts, because
“tell me about yourself” means something different depending on where you learned to answer it.&lt;&#x2F;p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Built and pitched to judges inside a day. We finished in the top 4.&lt;&#x2F;p&gt;
